This project is an Austin urban infill redevelopment. The scope of the work involves the demolition of existing single family structures, new construction of a 25,000 square foot multi-family complex consisting of four buildings and 19 apartment units. This roomy complex features a roof top pool with views, majestic oaks, granite countertops, hardwood floors, private covered parking, a resident fitness center and elevator. The project includes all design coordination, site construction, and building construction.
