This project is an Austin urban infill redevelopment. The scope of work involves all new construction of a single 33,000 square foot multifamily complex with 22 apartment units. Featuring an expansive roof top lounge and pool, fitness center secured private parking and storage facilities, controlled access system with keyless entries, lush landscaping and beautiful modern design. The project includes design coordination, site construction, and building construction.
